| Important Enrollment Information 1 I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE PROGRAM RULES STATED BELOW: 2 In order to be admitted to class, the fee must be paid in full. (Coupons and discounts are only honored when pre-registering and pre-paying for class. They will not be honored when paying at the door the day of the class). 3 REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DAY OF PAYMENT. (Election eligibility and registering into the correct class is the student's responsibility). 4 The registration fee includes a $2.50 State Assessment Fee. 5 To successfully complete this course, you must be present for the entire course and fully participate in all activities. 6 You will not be admitted or will be dismissed if you are late, have been drinking alcoholic beverages, using drugs or if your behavior is disruptive or inappropriate. 7 In Pinellas County, you have 30 days to pay your ticket and ELECT this course to keep points off your license. You have 60 days from the election to complete the course and show proof of the completion to the clerk of court. 8 It is the student's responsibility to provide completion of this course, to the clerk of court in the county where they received the citation. 9 Children and guests are not permitted to accompany students to class. 10 The Suncoast Safety Council is a STATE APPROVED TRAFFIC SCHOOL for point adjudication and insurance discount. Student's are responsible to check with their insurance company to insure acceptance of our program for a 3 year discount. 11 *ATTENTION*DRIVERS WITH CDL LICENSES - Drivers with CDL licenses ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for a POINT REDUCTION. CDL licensed drivers who register/pay or complete/pay for this class MAY NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. 12 During class, the use of cell phones, including texting and other functions, is prohibited and will result in your dismissal and forfeiture of your registration fee. 13 For the health and consideration of others, please refrain from using perfume/cologne and other scented beauty products. |
